As a mother who is also overseeing my own elementary student's work and making sure all gets done, personal work, keeping morale up for all siblings and still running a household, I know it is challenging!!! I don't want to overwhelm anyone, rather send these links and ideas for times you are looking for something active to do with your children. Hang in there. You are all doing what you can, which I am sure is great! :)
Those who really enjoyed Yoga, there is a wonderful series called Cosmic Yoga. Jamie has you follow adventures and movies, such as her Yoga version of Moana. You can find Cosmic Yoga on Youtube students should only go on with a parent's permission and supervision.
Here's a fun idea!!! An Egg Hunt!! And if you don't have eggs, just hide papers. Indoor or Outdoor fun (unless windy-heehee)! Challenge your kids or just make it fun and active. Maybe they want to choose and write the exercises. Hope my picture gives you an idea. Choose exercises from our weekly notice (below) or make up your own. Add a walk if you have time.
Fitness Bingo anyone? Here is a Bingo card where all exercises don'e have to be done in one day. It can be daily bingo to make sure you are active every day because some of the activities can be done for a long time. Amazing ideas like this one (there's a fitness challenge you can do with friends) and free printables at: https://blog.thetripclip.com/2018/11/06/free-printable-fitness-challenge/
